"Feel badly let down"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Interventional Cardiology University Hospital Monklands / Cardiology/Coronary Care Unit (Ward 18) University Hospital Monklands / Radiology

(as a relative),

My brother has been waiting for more than two months for an ultrasound examination on his neck in order to progress with necessary triple bypass heart surgery.

He feels badly let down by Monklands Hospital who have told him several times they have no referral from Golden Jubillee despite evidence in writing of referral being made.
