"Outstanding care"

About: Royal Derby Hospital

Admitted to A&E, then had emergency surgery that day, spent a week in ward 208 followed by 2/3 days in ward 309. Overall, an outstanding service. I experienced a consistently high level of care and respect from all staff at all levels - from porters / support staff, through to care assistants, nurses and doctors. The operation ran like a well oiled machine.
