"Never able to get an appointment"

About: Wood Lane Surgery

Appointments seem to be rare with this surgery. Whether calling for an urgent appointment or calling to book a general appointment the answer through reception is always call at 8am tomorrow and see if there is anything. Very frustrating that even booking for a week or two ahead is not possible for a general appointment.

Please accept our apologies for your experience.

In these rapidly changing and uncertain times we had suffered delays in adding our long-term appointments to the system.

Appointments are now available to book until the end of March. We aim open our appointments at least 3 months into the future.

I can see that today (1/12/20) we currently we have good availability of GP appointments from 11/12/20 onwards (8 working days); and good availability of Nurse appointments from 4/12/20 onwards (3 working days).

Each day we release additional appointments available that day and the next day.
