I was pleased and grateful to have a Saturday appointment.As a 86yr Old and a regular visitor to various departments WUTH.I was greeted by receptionist with a smile and was quickly taken to the Treatment room.My procedure was quickly and sensitively begun.Everthing was explained.I was guided out all the way to the door by the Team and sent off with a cheery wave.The whole experience was a pleasure.Thank you everyone.Im doing fine folks.Another Nhs super experience for which I am so grateful Alan
