"Not so good experience"

About: Whiston Hospital / Gynaecology

Me and my husband had an option to choose from Whiston and other Hospital, to have a consultation and possible treatment to our unexplained infertility (2 years no results). First appointment was in March 2019 and i was asked to do 3 tests before we are coming back in three months time. So we were booked in for June for consultation to give the test's results however it has been cancelled 'due to unforeseen circumstances' and re-arranged to the beginning of August. At this point i was getting concerned, that dealing with infertility and such poor service - not so professional. However that appointment has been cancelled by hospital again, giving a date of end of August. I can not explain how much it brakes heart, when you are already disappointed every month for not getting pregnant and then your appointment is cancelled again 'due to the specialist going to be off sick'. I mean hospital confirmed that specialist is going to be off sick in two weeks...Very, very poor to cancel 3 times within 5 months. And to worsen the situation my new appointment is going to be in December. Can i just remind, that infertility test are valid only for 6 months and that means i have to do it all again. Thank you Whiston Infertility specialists for leaving me without the results, broken heart and no hope in such a hard journey of trying to conceive. I do not recommend to use this hospital if you are experiencing infertility.
