About: Lower Clapton Group Practice

The management doesn’t provide accurate information on GP working hours, making it impossible to book an appointment with my GP. The reception team acknowledges this to be an issue but nothing is being done about it. I note it is the fourth time that this happens.

So sorry you have found the information to be incorrect. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. Occasionally last minute changes do need to be made if staff are not available due to sickness etc. Our reception team should be able to give you an update of who is available each week.
