"Absolutely excellent went over and above"

Whilst on a recent holiday my husband became extremely ill and ended up in intensive care in a Hungarian Hospital.

Sadly he was diagnosed with a brain tumour.

Hampton Health we re absolutely brilliant, not only supportive of me, but dealt with our appalling insurance company and went far over and above their normal duties in sending copies of records, answering copious requests for additional information and then booking appointments and giving advice on referrals before we were even home.

We caused a great deal of additional workload for this very busy surgery and I am very grateful for their help.

The GP and the Secretary, Practice manager have all been caring, sympathetic and very helpful at this awful time and they have jointly made a terrible situation just that little bit easier to bare by helping to sort out some of the difficulties we have had so far.

My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and they have also been absolutely superb with her, sorting out medications, and seeing her at very short notice, far better than our previous surgery where we were patients for 20 years before moving to Hampton.
