About: Finch Road Primary Care Centre

Call up for an appointment get told to go online to book an appointment, sign up online spend two weeks straight religiously trying to book an appointment but nothing is ever available call up and you will get attitude from the receptionist like they’re guarding the Crown Jewels. If you go in they will tell you nothing is available but the person after you will be given an appointment.

Hi we are sorry to hear of your experience. It looks like this is meant for the District Nurses who are also based at Finch Road.

I have already forwarded your complaint to them. It would be better if you also contact them and ask for the head District Nurse to discuss this further.
