"Frustrated"

I've recently had to visit my GP for my sons 8 week check up. When I got there the doctor didn't know what we were coming for. My husband and I didnt see him wash his hands before he examined our son not even sanitizer. He didnt have a scale in the room to weigh him. He was not prepared at all. Additionally we had some extra concerns about my 2 month old babies skin he has very bad reaction or break out and he spend most of the time scratching himself. He sleep in impacted and ths day before we saw the doctor he slept 4bhours in total for that day due to all this scratching. As we spoke and presented our concerns about my son he spoke over us and just carried on talking did not hear what I had to say.. Did not check him out properly didnt not even look at the areas on his body where the reaction occured. We've been to the hospital twice before this in a space of 3 weeks and we were really getting desperate and used his 8 week check up for an opportunity to share this issue again since his skin flared up every week for the past 7 weeks once the skin settles there is visible skin discoloration. When we insisted on some help because we very concerned he said he will only refer us for parental satisfaction and he will state this in the referral. We finally recieved our appointment for the referral and it's for 3 months from now.in the meantime my 2 month old will continue to suffer untill someone will take us serious 3 months from now.
