I am sorry on this occasion the organisation did not meet your expectations and you have had cause to raise this concern.
Unfortunately Monday is our busiest day but please try later in the day or if you do not need an answer straight away have you tried our e-consult which you will find at - https://accesshealthanddental.webgp.com/ You complete a simple online form and receive a response by the next working day.
Alternatively have you tried the new NHS App which you will find on the App Store / Google Play Store - you can book appointments, request medication and view results on this App.
