"Worst surgery - avoid"

I've been a member of this surgery for a year now and this is honestly the worst one I've encountered. They have sent my prescriptions to my old surgery, despite me asking that this is changed over on three separate occasions. The receptionists are very rude and do not have good people skills or a regard for patient care. I'm currently pregnant and I was met with a rude receptionist who rolled her eyes at me when I tried to get more medication for a pregnancy related condition. My experience with the nurses and midwife has been fantastic but the reception staff are truly appalling.
