"Disappointing experience"

I have had to visit this A&E few times on various occasions throughout the five years that I have moved to the area. I always try to focus on the positives and have been grateful for having NHS and A&E compared to some other countries. Sadly the last few experiences have not been great at all. To such an extent where I have either had to go to another a&e or my last experience I got conflicting information and at the end I was told that they are not a doctor, instead a GP and could make mistakes. Why are GPs working in A&E and clearly inexperienced trainees? I was referred by my GP to go and wait for many hours to see another GP? Extremely disappointing experience with fairly rude uncaring, indifferent staff who are not properly trained to do the job.
