"Truclear clinic"

I had a polypectomy and I have to say from arrival to leaving, I cannot fault the staff on Branston ward what so ever. I was called in as there had a cancellation. The lady on the phone was extremely polite. I met her when I arrived at the clinic and she made myself and my husband a cup of tea as we were a little early. When I was called through for the procedure the doctor nurses and hca couldn’t have been nicer. They were extremely informative, calming and really put me at my ease. The procedure wasn’t as painful as I had imagined and really didn’t take long at all. The doctor and staff being very efficient and caring. I would like to thank the staff for such a positive experience.
