"Helpful and memorable appointment"

I had a very effective appointment with Mrs Crompton. I have over the years had many discussions about my hearing and hearing aids when attending clinics and now my second therapy session.

This was the first time I had received detailed information about the nature of my hearing loss and multiple reasons for my tinnitus, with the detailed diagrams available this was by far the most interesting and effective session I had attended. Now I have had time to read through the information given and backed up with written material and the app which I have used and would recommend, although much of the information has not changed the initial identification and explanations were excellent. The communication tactics offered were mostly as had been mentioned before but helped to have them explained again.

I would like to thank Mrs Crompton for here understanding knowledge and patience all of which made this appointment helpful and memorable.
