"Terrible customer service!!"

I recently rang the surgery and spoke with a lady in regards to getting some information about some injections I had firstly and to also inform them that I had moved but because I had not informed the surgery sooner that I had moved down south the lady I spoke with was very rude and tried to argue with me because I had forgot to inform them of the move straight away and then she also was very rude when I asked for the details of what vaccinations I had and she said I needed to wait until the practice nurse was In so I rang again about 2 weeks later then I spoke with another lady this time who was also very rude and said she wasn't able to give me the information I needed and that I was to ring the Rawmarsh surgery which is where the practice nurse was so I did and the lady on reception there was very polite and didn't hesitate to give me the details I needed but I was disgusted with the level of customer service I received from the thorpe hesley surgery the receptionist there have absolutely no customer service skills at all and it's not the first time I've heard them speak to patients in such a rude manner. Unfortunately I cannot name and shame those who I spoke with as it doesn't allow you to but it u could I would as their attitude was disgusting!! The Rawmarsh surgery is 100% better in every aspect I am just glad I don't have to go to that surgery anymore.overall not satisfied with the service at all..
