Absolute waste of time, I was in a lot of pain after fracturing my ribs across my chest, I gave been on so many different painkillers, but developed an excruciating pain in my back, which has swollen and is really not right. A 3 year old would be able to tell it doesn't look right. I was seen and made to feel like I shouldn't be there. I have been to my docs, but the pain relief is not working. Very unfriendly and unprofessional service. I was made to feel intimidated and very upset. Absolutely disgraceful service. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, after that it all fell apart.
