"Accident and emergency summary"

About: Rotherham Hospital / Accident and emergency

After a painful fall on my last day on holiday in Turkey, I managed to hobble onto my flight home in extreme pain. As soon as I arrived home I attended the emergency department and after giving my details was called straight through to see a doctor who sent me for an X-ray. I only had to wait for a short while and was x-rayed . After being pushed by my husband back round a doctor came to explain that I had not broken anything but needed a knee brace and crutches. A wonderful nurse fitted this and after making an appointment to attend the knee clinic I was allowed home . Thanks all involved for a quick caring visit.
