(as a service user),

I had to go and have what I felt was an embarrassing procedure done. The staff were very caring calming and made me feel like I was in good hands. At no point did I feel embarrassed because the nurses kept me occupied talking the whole time. 

All I could say was champion staff thank you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your feedback on the care you have received at Louth Hospital.

As a Trust it is our aim to ensure our patients are treated in a professional manner, with courtesy, understanding and compassion. It is extremely pleasing when those patients use their valuable time to let us know when we are getting it right.

Feedback such as yours acts as a great morale booster for the teams and, because the comments are in the public domain, also goes a long to help other patients who maybe about to undergo the same procedure as you did.

Thank you once again for your comments, which I will ensure they are shared with the urology team at Lincoln.
