I was seen much sooner than I'd expected, i.e. after about an hour. The doctor who then resolved my (immediate) problem was very courteous, understanding, efficient and helpful. He informed me that I now need further investigations by another organization, and would be contacted in the near future. VERY WELL DONE AND THANK YOU.
