About: Westway Medical Centre

Amazing reception staff who on more than one occasion have gone above and beyond to get me sorted with an appointment! They’re so friendly and helpful. Sometimes it’s difficult to get an appointment, especially when you work full time shifts. I have registered for online booking but had to come to the surgery to get the form, to me this defeats the object. I work full time and sometimes struggle to get in hence why online services are very beneficial to me. I really like the idea of econsult and having to come in allowed me to make a last minute appointment today so all in all I am really pleased. The reception team have gone to extra measures to ensure I’m set up online. They’re great!

They are very informative and wonderful! They deserve lots of praise!! Thank you to the staff on a Thursday afternoons x

Thank you for your comment we appreciate your feed back, I agree we have a supportive team here at Westway.

The reason you have to present at the surgery after registering for on line services is to verify that it is you (GDPR), you do only need to do this the once. However you can down load the NHS app on your phone and register without coming to the surgery.
