Very poor service and extremely poorly run practice. Requesting a bookable appointment is a nightmare and the staff do not treat you with dignity or respect. My sister had genuine medical concerns a number of times which were brushed off, the doctors didn’t even check her previous medical notes. I went in to get my travel vaccinations and was told the wait would be 8+ weeks, I decided to change to a different practice and had my vaccinations within two weeks. Would not recommend this surgery.

It's unfortunate that you were unable to make us aware of the difficulties you were experiencing with our service before registering with a new practice, as this would have provided the opportunity for us to thoroughly investigate and resolve your concerns at the time.
