About: Victoria Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I visited the new Unit today and found the experience good.

Welcomed at reception, very nice lady, and taken to the appropriate waiting area.

only waited a few minutes before the Consultant came to call me, I have known this Consultant for many years.

The Nursing staff acknowledge me when I passed them, the area was very clean and fresh looking.

My Consultant was knowable about my last visit and reason for this one, this had not been the case with other Consultants in this department, and already had a plan for my care. 

This led to a very pleasant, informative and friendly visit, I must say the overall atmosphere in the Unit was very good.

Other departments should take a leaf from their book.

We work hard to provide our patients with a warm and welcoming atmosphere and try our very best to make every patients visit to our unit informative, friendly and comfortable. I have shared your comments with the urology and I am sure they will pleased to know that they are doing a good job and making a difference.
