"Appalling Service"

About: Bridge Road Medical Centre

Called up today, 1st in the que for 18 minutes only to be told by a snotty receptionist that it’s emegeneices only before I even told her what my issue is. How can you assume it wasn’t an emergency without even asking first?! God forbid someone calls up after 2pm who is feeling suicidal because you dont even get a chance to explain the reasons you are calling for help. Receptionist was very rude and unpproachable and has made me feel ten times worse about how I’m currently feeling. Don’t be in a job which clearly you hate especially in such an environment where people are calling for help. Feel completely let down and upset.
