Came in with excruciating sickle cell 'crisis' pain in my right hips, knees and arms in the 3rd Aug in total agony. After about 20 minutes, I was seen at the screening room and ushered into A&E proper.
There Dian, a nurse & Shanika took charge and gave me the most caring, gentle, patient and professional care.
I single out Shanika and Dian of all the doctors and nurses because they were really patient and caring, plus efficient. I was truly impressed and touched by their kind nature. I commend them for their professionalism.
Dian and Shanika are a true asset to the North Middlesex Hospital, Edmonton. Thank you
