Are the receptionists actually trained? so many pointless questions when all one wants is an appointment to relive toothache! ‘ do you have s regular dentist?

No that’s why I’m calling you, “what are you phoning for?” to make an appointment to see s dentist. “ what are your symptoms? describe the pain.

Toothache it hurts!

And on and on
