"Doctors are fine dispensary is useless"

My husband had heart surgery in April since then (5 repeat prescriptions worth ) the dispensary has not got his prescription right once.

I had to supply the dispensary with copies of his discharge papers showing what medication he should be on as they claimed not to have had it. Despite seeing the lady copy the details onto a computer, the next 4 prescriptions and medication have either had tablets on that he longer needs to take or have had items missing or not enough to last 4 weeks.

Today’s was the same, one of the tablets that the hospital said he had to take for the rest of his life missing completely.

It is people’s life they are dealing with and should be checking prescriptions more carefully before dispensing the medication.
