On Thursday 8 August 2019, after struggling for a few days with an eye infection, upon which pharmacy purchased eye drops had had little effect, I called the surgery at 0830. I spoke to a member of staff within the allotted four minutes, who arranged for a doctor to call me. That call was received within 15 minutes and, following a short discussion with the doctor, an appointment arranged for 1145. Within a few minutes of arrival at the surgery, I was treated by the doctor and a prescription written and treatment commenced within the hour. I could not have received better service.
