I recently attended the ENT department three times for assessments and surgery.  

Everyone involved were very helpful and professional.The unit itself is very bright and comfortable with cheerful staff.Written information easy to understand and plenty available.Also hardly any waiting times considering the various checks and tests that are involved.

Thanks for the care I received.
