I found out i was diabetic in 2015,then in 2018 i found out i had RA.The doctors i saw were very helpful as to what steps to take regarding treatments.For my RA i was quite quickly recommended by one of the doctors for specialist treatment,and the doctor also followed up with the specialist doctors and kept me in the loop.Regarding to the wait times when booking for same day appointments,it is a hassle but is expected (have patience).

I suggest to people leaving very negative feedback,to take responsibilty for your ailments and conditions, the doctors are not miracle workers and you should do your part on researching your conditions and see what YOU can do to help yourself.

And everyone has the choice to get private treatment.

Overall a good practice.

Thank you very much for your comment complementing our services and efforts. We appreciate the time you took to let us know that we have done well. We do understand that it can be difficult sometimes to get through and book an appointment; we encourage our patients to register for online service where they can book themselves an appointment without the need to call the surgery.
