"Complaint"

About: Barnsley Hospital / Rheumatology

I waited 23 minutes on the phone to be put through to the Rheumatology department. on behalf of my husband. When I was finally put through I was immediately cut off !

I phoned the switchboard who asked if I wanted to be 'popped through' to complaints. After wasting another 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer I gave up. What a shambles!
