Hi,my husband and I have been bournemouth hosp patients for almost thirty years,and have always on every occasion been seen quickly,and treated with respect.yes there maybe times when your waiting a little bit longer than your appt,but that’s to be expected with the amount of patients to be seen.This week thurs 8th Aug my husband attended his 6 week check up after hammer toe operation.His appt was for 8-45 we arrived early at 8-15 was sent straight for an X-ray,then back to dept to see consultant,all signed off and was out of hosp at about 9-0 .Now that’s speed to me ,excellent service,well done again bournemouth! And I hope this puts a smile on your face and makes up for some of the bad reviews you get,happy days.

Thank you for your feedback and you have indeed put a smile on my face. Being coordinator for the online feedback we receive I am aware that we get more positive than negative comments but I have not really enquired further than this, but your comment inspired me to check the actual figures and I can tell you that 78% of the online feedback is positive.

This is thanks to people like yourself taking the time to let us know when things have gone well and we have got it right. It is always very uplifting to receive such praise from our patients and be able to pass on this sentiment to the teams that work so hard in behalf of their patients and families.
