(as a service user),

I got burnt at work and it was in severe pain had to receive treatment at the Vic in the plastic and dressings unit, I had the pleasure of being treated by Lynn and her team and I can't praise them enough and Lynn! You should have a Lynn in every department! Always making sure my health came first and putting up with my bad language when getting my dressing changed! They should get more credit for what they do!

Thank you for posting your positive experience about the Plastic Team and in particular Lynn who is our Plastic Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist.

I can imagine this has been a difficult time for you. The Plastic Team are dedicated to providing individualised patient centred care for their patients and your story certainly describes just that. Lynn and the team will be delighted to read your post.
