About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Vascular Surgery (Ward 8)

(as a relative),

My mother was transferred from Crosshouse hospital to Hairmyres Hospital to be taken under the care of a vascular consultant Mr Mahmood.   My mother's case was not a normal or straight forward one and she went under a procedure recently. On behalf of the family, we want to pass on our appreciation and gratitude for the skill, compassion and professionalism of Mr Mahmood, his clinical team as well as all the nursing and support staff in ward 8. The quality of care provided to my mother was first class and we simply want to say a sincere thank you and we appreciate the great job they do. Thank god for the NHS.

Dear HMC,

Thank you for your recent post on patient care opinion. The multidisciplinary team will be delighted that your mother had excellent clinical care whilst in Ward 8.

The staff strive to deliver the best person centred care to all patients. Thank you once more and I will pass your comments to the staff.
