About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurosurgery (Ward 64 – 66)

(as a service user),

I contacted the neurology Secretary as I had some concerns about going for a lumbar puncture due to my family history.

The secretary was very understanding and asked me to email in my concerns and it would be forwarded to the Consultant.

I did this and received a very quick response.  The letter I received from the Consultant reassured me and I had the investigation recently.

Very professional and quick response which alleviated my worries.

Thank you.  First class service.
