"First time and very scared"

About: Croydon University Hospital / Urology

I had an appointment to have a turbt in Monday. I was very scared as I have never had any surgeries before , the whole process was amazing from the nurses to the anaesthetist to the surgeon, they made me feel very calm this really meant a lot to me. I would like to thank them all very much, and that they are doing such a good job with all the challenges they must face.
