I had to attend on a daily basis the Wheal Northey and Park Site Doctor Surgeries since the beginning of June 2019, for my open wound dressings to be changed along with general wound care and this care has now concluded as of the 7th of August 2019. I have been treated by many various nurses and HCA's during this period and without exception, each and every Nurse and HCA treated me in a highly professional and caring manner. Two members of staff who treated me on most occasions were the Lead Practice Nurse and a Nurse and both of them not only provided me with the best care possible but they made every effort to keep my spirits up when the physical pain was very bad indeed. I extend my sincere thanks to all involved, I am very grateful for your excellent care of myself and I respectfully request that this thank you note is passed on to each and everyone who cared for me.
