"Still no response"

Emailed PALS a few weeks ago due to yet another mess of an appointment for my mothers serious heart condition, was delayed by months, turn up to hospital and consultant wasn’t even there. Prior to attending we were supposed to have had an appointment for an echocardiogram ready for the meeting - no appointment made and my mother contacted the hospital 5 times in the months before that day and not once got called back as promised and still no appointment. So emailed PALS, and as yet, still no response. Already chased it yesterday. I feel like they don’t care about patients, my mother is very high risk and to attend an appointment with her consultant/the registrar without having had an echocardiogram was completely pointless as they have nothing to look at or work with! Awful!
