"Excellent staff and treatment"

At each stage of the process, the staff were caring, considerate and informative. I was given excellent advice, treatment and aftercare both before and after an operation on my wrist. Despite my anxiety about the both the pain and process, they were clear, reassuring and competent in their ability to treat me (including manipulation and removal of pins) neither of which was pleasant but the staff couldn't have handled it any better than they did. From reception, plaster room, pre / post Op, at Clinics, in Xray and with follow up Physio (throughout the treatment) they were excellent. The Surgeon has done an excellent job of aligning the bones and I will be forever grateful. Thank you to all.
