"My experience of the past 2 years"

About: St Austell Health Group

In view of a spate of medical conditions over the past two years have to liaise with all departments of the practice from GP/Duty GP through to consultant referrals, blood tests, prescription management and telephone and on site reception. In all cases I have been met with courtesy, professionalism and expertise. The very brave amalgamation of all St Austell surgeries into one large practice (in 2014?) seems (after a few inevitable teething troubles) to have settled down and we now have a service all can be proud of. There will always be the occasional difficulty/mishap with a patient list of 30,000 plus, but from my own personal viewpoint I cannot praise the organisation enough. Keep up the good work and thank you very much for all your efforts.
