"Thank you for your help"

I would like to offer my sincere thanks and special mention to the district nurses for their help and advice when my elderly mother needed tests and could not get to the surgery. I was unable to take her so district nurses were sent to administer and collect the tests. The next day my request for medication was investigated and delivered to my mother in time for the weekend.

I was in contact with the surgery for two days and was impressed by the care and efficiency shown. I said that I would like to mention this publicly but do not use Facebook so am leaving a review instead. THANK YOU.
