(as a service user),

We recently attended Wheal Rose ward for a planned outpatient Labour induction. We were met by friendly staff who communicated and updated us throughout our time in the ward as an outpatient and the following day whilst awaiting a bed on delivery suite. Midwife Magda explained the whole process clearly and provided excellent care. We had a 12 hour wait the following day for a bed on delivery suite but the staff updated us throughout the day and kept us informed. Super care throughout! ! Thankyou!
