"very professional could not fault service"

I've just had my second colonoscopy at the Chelsea and Westminster. I cannot praise the unit highly enough. Throughout the process from making the appointment, to review, to having the procedure today, everything went like clockwork. All the staff I dealt with were friendly kind and re-assuring. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and organisation of the actual clinic. I was constantly updated, and given apologies for waiting around , but from check in to being discharged I was very happy with a little over three hours. thank you so much to the C&W for making this experience, as pleasant as possible and having staff who really know how to look after their patients.
