"Physio after a stroke"

About: Coathill Hospital

(as the patient),

I had a stroke 6 weeks ago which affected my right side but mostly my right arm which had no voluntary movement. I couldn't see myself having use of it again at that point. Iona and Laura, the Physio an OT therapists helped me get full use of my arm within 4 weeks which I never thought would happen.

Dear Terri Mac,

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about the Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Services you received from the Adult Stroke and Neurological conditions Team at Coathill Hospital. I am glad that you found the treatment of such benefit and that your arm is much improved. I will ensure your kind comments are passed onto the staff.
