"Consultant nice, reception staff not sensitive"

About: Bmi - The Esperance Hospital

Going through fertility issues is hard enough, but when I phoned today I found the receptionist at the other end: stressed, with a raised voice and not very sensitive. A shame really as the Consultant is really nice.

BMI Healthcare prides itself on the standard of care and service it delivers so I am sorry you have found it necessary to raise this concern.

I would like to assure you that the service has now been reviewed and I can only apologise that we fell below standard on this occasion.
