Lovely group with special 1 to 1 time with my baby. We now also go to under 1's group and it's nice to meet other mums.

Its so lovely to hear from parents who have attended children centre sessions and had a positive experience and who want to share it with other people.

What are the benefits of baby massage?

There are lots of ways baby massage can benefit not just your baby, but you and your partner as well. Massage may help your baby to:

develop mentally, socially and physically stay relaxed and not get upset cry and fuss less sleep better
I am glad you are now attending the Under 1's group and meeting lots of other parents.
