"Physiotherapy Excellence"

I was referred to the BRI Physiotherapy Dept for help with hip pain issues. From the original assessment to my final session I was treated very professionally and with the utmost respect as an individual. I was given custom exercises to do inbetween consultations which helped to manage my condition. My therapist always listened to my concerns and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. On my discharge I left the department with all the info and exercises that I need for future pain management. It is a pity that I cannot name my therapist as they fully deserve to be recognised for their professionalism. Well done BRI.
