I cannot rate my experience higher from the extremely quick arrival of the paramedic, rapid assessment and diagnosis through to the treatment after care and discharge. The entire staff from the cleaning and house team to the nursing and medical team were polite, diligent and engaging. I felt my symptoms were carefully monitored, understood and responses explained to me with clarity. I was treated for a gall stone blockage and subsequent jaundice with care and consideration with much care and sympathy during what was at times an extremely painful experience. All the team on Lavenham ward were a joy to be with and I cannot rate their teamwork higher. I would almost go as far as to say I enjoyed the experience despite the painful realities. Many thanks to all.
