"Very poor communication with patients"

About: Manor Hospital / Urology

Very poor communications between consultants and patients in urology. Had bladder stone removed in end of 2016. Then found out some time later due to scan not being done to check kidneys fhat there was a large stone in kidney. Now i find to date after 5 procedures despite being told the stone would be done it is still there. Now after seeing the consultant tuesday he is referring me to the queen elizabeth in birmingham. Why was i not referred earlier instead of making me a 66yr old disabled amputee go through the stress and pain in this time. I do not know how i can travel to the q&e with travel costs by taxis either, i just give up
