"Making mental health patience feel even worse"

They have shown no empathy or understanding towards mental health patients, chosing instead to belittle and dismiss their concerns. Someone with mental health already feels like a burden and have a low opinion of themselves. Seeking help is a huge step forward, to then be treated by the doctor in such a dispicable way is simply unacceptable and frankly disgusting! To say I’m disappointed is an overstatement. I’m livid. Doctors should be there to care for their patients not make them feel even worse than they did when they first walked in. Horrendous!
