"A Big Thank you"

About: Manor Hospital / Accident and emergency

My husband was sent directly from the Doctors with a letter for suspected pneumonia.at 1.30pm.

Despite waiting time for assessment and finally starting to get blood tests, chest x ray etc mentioning a nurse who was very calm, very helpful and very pleasant, we were eventually taken to Ward 6 AMU and Doctor finally came at 10.15pm to give us his a reason for having to stay in, mainly a nodule on his lung and the infection.Staff could not have done any more than they did and were very patient and helpful. Finally moved to Ward 1a for a further night and staff very helpful there considering a very rude patient. Finally departed Hospital with antibiotics and a promise to go back if any further problems,
